Studio Lead - Customer Experience

This role is key to shaping and elevating our Happi client experience.
You are the friendly face who welcomes our community as they walk through the doors. You bring positivity, stay calm under pressure and keep the studio running like clockwork on our busiest days - Fridays and Saturdays.
From a fully stocked studio to a tidy inbox and a vibrant hello at the front desk, you're the reason our members feel looked after.
You report to the Studio Lead, supporting the client care, communication and studio standards that keep our community connected. You'll also lend a hand with events and community activations, helping bring Happi's calendar to life.
