Head of Operations & Growth
Full-TimeWe are looking for a Head of Operations and Growth who is ready to lead a skilled and passionate team and the day to day running of the business while ensuring our growth initiatives are executed with consistency.
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on structure, performance and accountability. You’ll be a calm presence who can effectively lead the team, drive standards and ensure everything we do is delivered at a high level.
You’ll work closely with the founder to bring strategy to life - smoothly and efficiently.
This is a role for someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement - someone who thinks commercially, challenges the norm and helps to raise the bar across the boutique fitness sector.

Part-Time: 3 daysStudio Lead
The Studio Lead - Customer Experience (CX) is the heartbeat of the studio - shaping how our community feels from the moment they walk through the door, open an email or attend an event.
This role is responsible for delivering a seamless and deeply human experience across every touchpoint. You are a steady presence in the business.
Sitting across client care, community events, retention and growth, you bring together the details that matter - the clean studio, the thoughtful message, the remembered name, the well-run event, the timely follow-up.
You don’t just manage tasks - you create rhythm. A rhythm that keeps our community connected, engaged, and coming back.
