REFORMER
50 MINUTES
Align. Strengthen. Flow
Our signature REFORMER class is just what your body needs. Form-focused with slower transitions to guide you through each movement, you can align body and mind while you build strength and challenge yourself in this flowing, full-body workout.
REFORMER is prenatal friendly up to 12 weeks. Beyond 12 weeks, please email us to complete the required forms.

RIDE
45 MINUTES
Cardio. Energy. Release
Our signature rhythm RIDE class is a feeling like no other. This powerful mind-body experience will challenge you to be the best version of yourself. Immerse yourself, let go, find your power within. We ride to the beat in this music-driven, heart-pumping, cardio party on a bike! Let’s ride.
RIDE is not suitable if you are 12+weeks pregnant.

HOT MAT — 32–34°
45 MINUTES
Heat. Rhythm. Flow.
Fluid, energising and beat-led. This hot mat class is heated to 32–34°, igniting your body and mind as you move through flowing Pilates sequences designed to build strength, length and presence. Feel challenged, uplifted and glowing from the inside out.

A progressive, strength-based Reformer class built on overload and functional movement. Expect heavier springs, slower transitions, and powerful sequences that push you to lift stronger and move better.

RESTORATIVE REFORMER

A deeply grounding Reformer practice designed to restore balance, release tension, and reconnect you to yourself. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and reset your nervous system.

Booking in for a class at Happi Studios is easy – all you need to do is download our Happi Studios app and sign up to create an account. Click here to download the Apple iPhone App, or click here to download the Android App.
Once you’ve created your account, you can then purchase your Intro Offer and book the class you’d like to attend. We can’t wait to see you in the studio soon! -
If you cannot attend the class you booked, please cancel your booking through our website or mobile app so that someone else can have the chance to attend. Please note, we do not process cancellations by phone, email or text, so please ensure that you cancel directly through the app or website.
Happi Studios has an 8 hour cancellation policy. Classes cancelled prior to the 8 hour window are considered ‘early cancels’, meaning there is no penalty for cancelling the booking. If you are booking with a Class Pack or Limited Membership, the session credit will be returned to your account. Classes cancelled with less than 8 hours will be forfeited, or if you are on a Unlimited Membership, you will be charged a $5 cancellation fee.
