HAPPI STUDIOS TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICING
All prices quoted for goods and services include GST, unless otherwise specified. Happi Studios, may from time to time at its absolute discretion, vary its prices based on, amongst other things, any change in the cost of providing these goods and services to you, by providing prior written notice. Any changes of the prices will take effect from the date specified in the notice.
CLASS BOOKING POLICY
To secure your place in class, all bookings must be made in advance via the Happi Studios website or mobile app. You can book up to 15 days in advance.
Payment is required at the time of booking. You must hold an active membership or class pack, or make a one-off payment when booking.
Walk-ins are permitted subject to space. Payment and booking must be completed prior to joining the class.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have booked into a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must withdraw from the class through our website or mobile app. In order to cancel your attendance without penalty, you must remove yourself from the class more than eight hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class.
Happi Studios will not accept cancellations by phone, email or any other method other than by using the Happi Studios website or mobile app .
If you need to cancel a class, the following cancellation fee structure will apply:
Class Pack Holders, Simply Happi & Happi Days Membership
Early cancel ($0): If you can no longer make your class, cancel your booking at least eight hours prior to the class commencement time. You will not forfeit the class or pay a fee.
Late Cancel (forfeit session): If you cancel your class within eight hours of the class start time, you will forfeit your session.
No Show Cancellation Fee ($10): If you do not cancel outside of the 8-hour cancellation period and you do not attend your booked class, you will forfeit your class credit and be charged a one-off cancellation fee of $10. This is to ensure no one else misses out on a class!
Premium Membership

Private & Semi-Private Class Cancellations
There is a 24-hour cancellation window for private and/or semi-private classes. A private or semi-private class can be rescheduled with notice of 24 hours or more. If you cancel a class within the 24-hour cancellation window, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.
WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist via the app or website. If a spot becomes available, you’ll be automatically added into class and notified by email and/or text (provided you are opted into communications from Happi Studios).
Please only join waitlists for classes you can attend. You can remove yourself from a waitlist at any time without penalty. If you are added to a class from a waitlist within the 8-hour cancellation window and cannot attend, the same cancellation policies will apply.
If you no longer wish to remain on a waitlist, please remove yourself to avoid being added to class and potentially incurring a late cancel or no-show fee. Spots may open with as little as 1 hour’s notice.
LATE ARRIVAL ETIQUETTE
Please arrive early to class for a smooth check-in experience. Out of respect for other clients, instructors and your safety, there is no admittance to class after the commencement time. We recommend always arriving 10 minutes in advance of your class time.
RETAIL RETURNS POLICY
All retail sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless the item is deemed faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to change of mind.
MEMBERSHIP POLICY
All membership payments are debited on a fortnightly basis and have no long-term contracts. Membership payments are debited via our third-party payment processing partner, Ezypay. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the direct debit date as declined transactions will incur a $14.80 reprocessing fee.
FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIP – 7 CLASSES PER WEEK
This is a special offer discounted membership that includes 7 Reformer Pilates, Cycle and/or Mat Pilates classes per week. Every fortnight, fourteen class credits will be loaded onto the member account when billing occurs.
You may suspend your membership for a minimum of one week at a time, in seven-day increments. A minimum of one week’s written notice is required for all suspensions.
The first four weeks of suspension each year are free of charge. If you wish to suspend your membership for longer than four weeks in a calendar year, a $5 weekly fee will apply from week five onward.
Membership passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation policies.

SIMPLY HAPPI MEMBERSHIP ($46 PER WEEK) – 2 CLASSES EVERY WEEK
Includes access to two Reformer Pilates, Cycle and/or Mat Pilates classes per week. Every fortnight, four class credits will be loaded onto the member account when billing occurs.
You may temporarily suspend your membership for a minimum of one week at a time, up to a maximum of four weeks per year. Suspension periods are to be applied in seven-day increments. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY
Membership payments will continue until cancellation is requested. We require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. To request a cancellation, please email hello@happistudios.com.au. Our team will then send you a cancellation form, which must be completed to finalise your request. The 30-day notice period will begin from the date of your initial written notice. Your membership will remain active, and payments will continue, until the end of your final billing cycle within that notice period. Active membership payments cannot be refunded.
INTRODUCTORY OFFER ($60) – 5 CLASSES
This new member special entitles you to five group Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and/or Cycle classes to be used within 14 days. The pass will activate on the date of your first class and expire after 14 consecutive days. It is available to new clients and can only be purchased once.
Payments are debited fortnightly via our third-party payment processing partner, Ezypay. Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policies.
CLASS PACK POLICY
Class Packs (Casual Class, 5 Class Pack, 10 Class Pack, 20 Class, 50 Class Pack) can be used for regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates and/or Cycle classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. These passes will activate on the date of your first class and expire after the relevant time period as stated below, and cannot be transferred or extended..

All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policies. 10 CLASS PACK
The 10 Class Pack is for regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and/or Cycle classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. These passes will activate on the date of your first class and expire after three consecutive months and cannot be transferred or extended.
Payments are debited via our third-party payment processing partner, EzyPay. Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policies.. 20 CLASS PACK
The 20 Class Pack is for regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and/or Cycle classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. These passes will activate on the date of your first class and expire after six consecutive months and cannot be transferred or extended.

All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policies. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the direct debit date as declined transactions will incur a $14.80 reprocessing fee.
50 CLASS PACK
The 50 Class Pack is for regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, and/or Cycle classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. These passes will activate on the date of your first class and expire after twelve consecutive months and cannot be transferred or extended.

All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policies. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the direct debit date as declined transactions will incur a $14.80 reprocessing fee.
GIFT VOUCHER POLICY
Happi Studios issues physical and electronic gift vouchers to the value of $60, $100, $200 or $300. A Gift Voucher can be redeemed for goods and services from the studio, including memberships, class packs and retail products, and excludes pop-up events, workshops or other special events. All Gift Voucher purchases are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstance.
A Gift Voucher expires 36 months from date of issue. A gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Any balance remaining on a Gift Voucher after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the Gift Voucher holder. A Gift Voucher must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honoured if lost or stolen.
STUDENT OFFER – 10% DISCOUNT*
Students can receive 10% off full price memberships and monthly pack purchases. Email hello@happistudios.com.au with a copy of your current valid student card.
*The 10% discount does not apply to the Intro Offer, special price memberships or packs, sale memberships or packs, merchandise, workshops, pop-up events, special events or any other discounted services.
PROMOTIONS
All special promotions are subject to our Class Booking & Cancellation Policy. No further discounts or extensions are valid for promotions.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds for services or retail.
HAPPI STUDIOS PRIVACY POLICY
Happi Studios is committed to protecting your privacy. Your Personal Data will only be used by Happi Studios to provide you with the services covered by these Terms and Conditions. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adhere to the Australian Privacy Principles.
We will use all reasonable means to protect the confidentiality of your Personal Data while in our possession or control. We will not knowingly share any of your Personal Data with any third party other than our service providers who assist us in providing the information and/or services are providing to you. To the extent that we do share your personal information with a service provider, we would only do so if that party has agreed to comply with our privacy standards as described in this privacy policy. You may change your Personal Data details at any time by advising us in writing via email.
Happi Studios will only disclose such personal information to third parties to the extent specifically required by law. You must not photograph or record Happi Studios instructors or other clients in the studio without their express consent.
By agreeing to our terms and conditions when you sign up to Happi Studios, you consent to Happi Studios using your image in any promotional materials, including Happi Studios social media platforms and website.
