The Ritual Foundation Membership is a limited founding-style membership created to mark the opening of Studio 2.

It offers 7 classes per week across Reformer, Hot Mat Pilates and Ride, at a reduced weekly rate for the first six months.

It’s designed for members who want to build a consistent, feel-good movement ritual and make the most of both Happi spaces.

Yes. ALL members can access both Studio 1 and Studio 2.

All existing Happi memberships will give you access to classes held in Studio 1 (current studio) and Studio 2 once it opens.

The Ritual Foundation Membership is not required to attend Studio 2 – it’s simply a different membership option with more classes and stronger value for frequent movers.

It depends on how often you come.

If you attend:

• 4 or more classes per week

• Multiple modalities (Reformer, RIDE, Hot Mat)

• Or you know consistency is important for you

Then the Ritual Foundation Membership offers best value and flexibility to attend frequently!

Yes, if there are places available.

Existing members are welcome to purchase the Ritual Foundation Membership while releases are open.

Switching does not require you to leave Happi or “start again” – it’s simply a membership change.

Your current membership will be transitioned off when your Ritual Foundation Membership begins, so you’re not paying for two memberships at once.

We’ll always aim to align changes thoughtfully around your billing cycle.

If you’re unsure, the client care team will talk you through it before anything changes.

• Your class credits are released 30 January

• You can book classes from 31 January onwards, including Studio 2 opening classes

The Ritual Foundation Membership includes 7 classes per week.

This allows you to attend regularly, even daily, without being unlimited.

Any unused classes expire at the end of each billing period.

The Ritual Foundation Membership includes a 6 month minimum commitment.

However, Happi understands that real life happens.

Pauses and adjustments can be discussed in genuine circumstances, in line with studio policy.

Yes.

The same booking windows, waitlists, late cancel and no-show policies apply, including Happi Premium cancellation policies.

After the initial six month commitment:

• The weekly rate increases to the standard ongoing price of $70 per week.

• You are no longer locked into a minimum term

• You may continue, change or cancel your membership in line with our usual policies
