Happi Studios’ REFORMER and RIDE classes will leave you feeling strong, energised and accomplished. So, are you ready to join the movement?

  • Firstly, welcome! We are so excited to have you in class.

    Here’s what you need to know:

    Sign Up & Book Your Class
    Start by downloading our Happi Studios app from the app store to sign up to create an account and purchase the Intro Offer.

    Once you’ve purchased the Intro Offer, select the class you’d like to attend and book it. Easy!

    What To Wear
    Wear comfortable activewear such as leggings or shorts with a tank or tee.

    What To Bring
    Bring a sweat towel and water bottle. For REFORMER classes, grippy socks are required. You can bring your own or purchase a pair in studio.

    When To Arrive
    For your first class, please allow time to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the class start time. Your instructor will show you the equipment and get you set up for class.

    Please note, we close and lock our studio door upon class commencement, so don’t be late!

  • Happi Studios teaches indoor cycling and Reformer Pilates, giving our clients the benefits of two unique forms of movement – we call this the ‘Happi Method’.

    Here are just a few reasons why the Happi Method is so beneficial:

    Build Strength + Cardio Fitness
    You can see greater physical and mental health benefits by including two different forms of exercise in your routine. Our Reformer Pilates classes give you a low-impact full-body workout that builds core strength, helps prevent injury, improves muscle tone, and increases overall fitness. On the other hand, our indoor cycling classes are a fun cardio workout – great for improving heart health and circulation, building endurance and releasing endorphins that make you feel incredible.

    Injury-Prevention + Long-Term Health
    Our REFORMER and RIDE classes are low-impact, reducing stress on the joints and lowering the risk of injury while still delivering an effective workout. This means that our workouts are more sustainable over the long-term compared to other forms of exercise. We want feel-good movement to be for life, so we give you the tools to improve your posture, flexibility and strength. The work you put into class today can make a huge difference to your long-term health and wellbeing!

    Mindful Movement
    By emphasising mindful movement, our Reformer Pilates and indoor cycling classes are designed to improve body awareness. This helps you to develop a stronger mind-body connection, but can also reduce stress, help you regulate your emotions, and improve your resilience. We want movement to be something you love, that uplifts you and gives you the strength to be your best self.

    We want Happi Studios to be more than a class for you. This space is somewhere you can connect with others, and connect with yourself and your body. It’s where you can set the stress of everyday life aside for a while, and focus on yourself. Our community is filled with individuals just like you.   • Yes! Happi Studios’ REFORMER & RIDE classes are beginner friendly.

    We take you through everything, from how to use the Reformer to how to set up your bike. During the class, our instructors are trained to correct your form, offer adjustments if required and help you get the most out of the experience – and have fun while you’re at it.

    Like everything in life, it takes time to learn new skills. We don’t expect you to be a pro from the first try – there is no competition, no judgement and no comparison in our space. Give yourself time to settle in, learn new skills and improve your physical and mental health. You’ve got this!

  • Although everyone is going to be a little different, we suggest attending 2-3 classes per week to see optimum results.

    After a few weeks of 2-3 classes per week, you will feel some positive changes starting to happen. Clients tell us they feel more energised during the day. They feel a little lighter, with less tension or stiffness in their body.

    After around three of months of consistent practise, you can start to see the changes. Clients notice more definition in their muscles, or friends comment that they are standing taller and straighter.

    After a year of consistent practise, you’ll look back and realise how far you’ve come – clients who have a consistent movement routine after a year say they are fitter than they’ve ever been, but more importantly, they often find they have more self-compassion and see class as something they look forward to, rather than a chore.

    Results are going to vary from person to person. Whatever your personal goals, our studio is dedicated to helping you build a feel good movement practise that leads to long term change for the better.
