PRICING
All prices quoted for goods and services include GST, unless otherwise specified. Happi Studios, may from time to time at its absolute discretion, vary its prices based on, amongst other things, any change in the cost of providing these goods and services to you, by providing prior written notice. Any changes of the prices will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

CLASS BOOKING POLICY
To ensure you can attend your preferred classes you must book ahead of the class using the online booking system available on our website or mobile app. This is required to make sure we have enough space available for each class. Alternatively, you may attend the studio prior to the scheduled start time for any class and join that class subject to availability and space.

Classes can be booked up to 15 days in advance via our website or mobile app.

Payment must be made at the time of booking. To book into a class you must either have an active membership or class package or make a payment at the time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have booked into a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must withdraw from the class through our website or mobile app. In order to cancel your attendance without penalty, you must remove yourself from the class eight hours prior to the scheduled commencement time for the class.

There is an eight-hour cancellation window for members and class pack holders to cancel their class. Happi Studios will not accept cancellations by phone, email or any other method other than by using the website or mobile app. 

If you need to cancel a class, the following cancellation fee structure will apply: 

Class Pack Holders, Simply Happi & Happi Days Membership

Early cancel ($0): If you can no longer make your class, cancel your booking at least eight hours prior to the class commencement time. You will not forfeit the class or pay a fee.

Late Cancel (forfeit session): If you cancel your class within eight hours of the class start time, you will forfeit your session.

No Show Cancellation Fee ($10): If you do not cancel your class or do not attend within the cancellation period, you will forfeit your session and be charged a one-off cancellation fee of $10. This is to ensure no one else misses out on a class!

Premium Membership

Early cancel ($0): If you can no longer make your class, cancel your booking at least eight hours prior to the class commencement time. You will not forfeit the class or pay a fee.

Late Cancel ($5): If you cancel your class within eight hours of the class start time, you will forfeit your session and be charged a $5 cancellation fee.

No Show Cancellation Fee ($10): If you do not cancel your class or do not attend within the cancellation period, you will forfeit your session and be charged a one-off cancellation fee of $10. This is to ensure no one else misses out on a class!

Private & Semi-Private Class Cancellations
There is a 24-hour cancellation window for private and/or semi-private classes. A private or semi-private class can be rescheduled with notice of 24 hours or more. If you cancel a class within the 24-hour cancellation window, 50% of the total booking fee will be charged.

WAITLIST POLICY
If a class is fully booked and you wish to attend, we recommend adding yourself to the waitlist. Due to our eight-hour cancellation window, there are typically changes to class attendance and spaces may become available. Should a space open for you, you will receive a notification (via email or text) and automatically be added into the class.

If you are accepted into class within the eight-hour cancellation period and you can no longer attend, the cancellation policy will apply.

If you place yourself on a waitlist and can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist. This avoids being placed in the class if a space becomes available and potentially being charged a cancellation fee. Spots become available for waitlisted clients with as little as 1 hours’ notice, so be sure to remove yourself from a waitlist if you can no longer attend the class.

LATE ARRIVAL ETIQUETTE
Please arrive early to class for a smooth check-in experience. Out of respect for other clients, instructors and your safety, there is no admittance to class after the commencement time. If you are denied entry due to lateness, you may attend a later class on standby. We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes in advance of your class time.

RETAIL RETURNS POLICY
All retail sales are final. No refunds or exchanges on retail purchases, unless the item is deemed faulty. No refunds or exchanges will be issued due to change of mind.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY
All our memberships are debited on a fortnightly basis and have no-lock in contracts. There is no minimum membership commitment however membership payments will continue on until cancelled. If you do wish to cancel your membership, please contact the studio in writing with at least 30 days’ notice and allow 48 hours for your request to be processed. Active membership payments cannot be refunded.

Payments are debited on a fortnightly basis via our third-party payment processing partner, Ezypay. Please ensure sufficient funds are available on the direct debit date as declined transactions will incur a $14.80 reprocessing fee. 

FOUNDATION MEMBERSHIP ($58 PER WEEK) – 7 CLASSES PER WEEK
This is a special offer discounted membership. Includes access to seven Reformer Pilates or Cycle classes per week. Every fortnight, fourteen classes will be loaded onto the member account when billing occurs.

If you do wish to cancel your membership, please contact the studio in writing with at least 30 days’ notice and allow 48 hours for your request to be processed. Active membership payments cannot be refunded. Please note, as this is a special offer membership, once cancelled it cannot be reinstated.

You may temporarily suspend your membership for a minimum of one week at a time, up to a maximum of four weeks per year. Suspension periods are to be applied in seven-day increments. A minimum one-week written notice is required for all suspensions. Suspensions that exceed beyond four weeks will incur a $5 weekly fee. 

Membership passes are non-refundable. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation policies.

SIMPLY HAPPI MEMBERSHIP ($44 PER WEEK) – 2 CLASSES EVERY WEEK

INTRODUCTORY OFFER ($60) – 5 CLASSES, REFORMER & RIDE
This new member special entitles you to five group Reformer Pilates and Cycle classes to be used within 14 days. The pass will activate on the date of your first class and expire after 14 consecutive days. It is available to new clients and can only be purchased once. 

Payments are debited fortnightly via our third-party payment processing partner, Ezypay. Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy. 

CLASS PACK POLICY
Class Packs (1 Class, 5 Class Pack, 10 Class Pack, 20 Class Pack, 50 Class Pack) can be used for regularly scheduled group Reformer classes and/or Cycle classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. These passes will activate on the date of your first class and expire after the set consecutive months and cannot be extended. 

Payments are debited via our third-party payment processing partner, Ezypay. Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy.  

CASUAL CLASS
The casual class is for regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates and Cycle classes. Casual classes exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. This pass will activate on the date of your first class and expire. 

Payments are debited via our third-party payment processing partner, EzyPay. Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy. 

5 CLASS PACK
The 5 Class Pack is for regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates and Cycle classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. These passes will activate on the date of your first class and expire after three consecutive months and cannot be extended. 

Payments are debited via our third-party payment processing partner, EzyPay. Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy. 

10 CLASS PACK
The 10 Class Pack is for regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates and Cycle classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. These passes will activate on the date of your first class and expire after three consecutive months and cannot be extended. 

Payments are debited via our third-party payment processing partner, EzyPay. Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy. 

20 CLASS PACK
The 20 Class Pack is for regularly scheduled group Reformer Pilates and Cycle classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. These passes will activate on the date of your first class and expire after six consecutive months and cannot be extended. 

Payments are debited via our third-party payment processing partner, EzyPay. Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy. 

50 CLASS PACK
The 50 Class Pack is for regularly scheduled group Reformer classes and Cycle classes. Class Packs exclude pop-ups, workshops or other events. These passes will activate on the date of your first class and expire after twelve consecutive months and cannot be extended. 

Payments are debited via our third-party payment processing partner, Ezypay Passes are non-refundable and cannot be extended. All class bookings are subject to our Class Booking and Cancellation Policy. 

GIFT VOUCHER POLICY

Happi Studios issues physical and electronic gift vouchers to the value of $60, $100, $200 or $300. A Gift Voucher can be redeemed for goods and services from the studio, including memberships, class packs and retail products, and excludes pop-up events, workshops or other special events. All Gift Voucher purchases are final and cannot be refunded under any circumstance.

A Gift Voucher expires 36 months from date of issue. A gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash. Any balance remaining on a Gift Voucher after the expiry date will not be able to be redeemed by the Gift Voucher holder. A Gift Voucher must be treated as cash as it will not be reissued, refunded or honoured if lost or stolen.

PROMOTIONS
All special promotions are subject to our Class Booking & Cancellation Policy. No further discounts or extensions are valid for promotions.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds for services or retail.
