REFORMER

Our Reformer Pilates classes tone your best assets, build core strength and align your posture. Feel the stress of your day melt away as you lose yourself in the moment and the movement.

  • Booking in is easy – all you need to do is download our Happi Studios app and sign up to create an account. You can then purchase your Intro Offer and select the class you’d like to attend.

    Waitlisted? Don’t sweat it! Add yourself to the list and keep an eye on your email, you’ll be notified if you get into class.

  • Expect a deep burn as you build strength and challenge yourself in this flowing, full-body workout. This class is just what your body needs.

    Our Reformer Pilates classes are prenatal friendly – please send us an email at hello@happistudios.com.au to complete the required approval forms.

  • We suggest wearing activewear such as leggings or shorts with a tank or tee – but you can wear anything you feel comfortable moving in!

  • Grippy Socks

    Grippy socks are required for our Reformer classes. Bring your own or purchase a pair in studio.

    Water Bottle

    Stay hydrated during class, bring a water bottle along.

    Sweat Towel

    We recommend sweat towels – our reformer classes can definitely bring the heat!

  • For your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class start time. Your instructor will show you the equipment and get you set up for class.

    Please note, we close and lock our studio door upon class commencement. Don’t be late!

  • You’re all set and ready to flow. Our friendly instructors guide you through the movements step by step, giving you options to challenge yourself or make adjustments as you need. Remember to listen to your body – this is your class, your body and your movement.

RHYTHM RIDE

Our RIDE class is not your average spin class. This cathartic, low-impact high-endorphin indoor cycling cardio workout torches calories, builds strength and leaves you buzzing.

  • Booking in is easy – all you need to do is download our Happi Studios app and sign up to create an account. You can then purchase your Intro Offer and select the class you’d like to attend.

    Waitlisted? Don’t sweat it! Add yourself to the list and keep an eye on your email, you’ll be notified if you get into class.

    This class is not suitable if you are 12+ weeks pregnant.

  • Wear activewear that you’re ready to sweat in! Form-fitting clothing, such as leggings or shorts with a tank, tee or sports bra are best.

    Avoid loose or flowing pants as they can get tangled in your pedals.

  • Water Bottle

    You’re going to get hot and sweaty, so a water bottle is a must. Remember to stay hydrated before, after and during class!

    Sweat Towel

    Bring a sweat towel along – trust us, you’ll need it!

  • For your first class, it is essential that you arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the class starts. Your instructor will show you the equipment and get your bike set up for class.

  • You’re all set and ready to ride. Ride brings you bangin’ tunes, moody lighting and great vibes – this class energises and uplifts your body, mind and soul. But, remember that this is your ride – you set the resistance on the dial. Tune into your body as you choose where this ride will take you.
