Mindful movement is the act of consciously engaging with your body's sensations, movements, and breath throughout your movement practice. This integration of mind and body can reduce stress, improve your mood, and promote mindfulness and presence in other aspects of your life.

Happi Studios is a mindful movement studio. But, that doesn’t mean our classes are easy! Our challenging and uplifting classes develop inner strength, self-compassion and self-awareness – building resilience and confidence that have the power to change your life for the better.
